This well-situated vineyard is in the best area of the Oak Knoll district of the Napa Valley. It consists of 16.01 acres of land. It has wine permit for the production of up to 30,000 gallons of wine per year. Also allow for tours and tastings with restricted hours. Can apply to build +/- 9,000 square feet of winery building and +/- 2,100 square feet of uncovered crushed pad area, Its main crops are Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Majority of the harvested crops are in contract sale every year to the well-known Alpha Omega (A.O.) winery, AXR and SVV itself. Winemakers have consistently produced award-winning wines (95+ pt Cabernet and cabernet Franc and Malbec from top critics). A well is also located at the vineyard and is supplying the necessary irrigation to the crops.
